Application terms
Terms of use for KURUMI Google integrations
Updated 21 October 2026. These terms apply to Kurumi PaperClip and the SEO reporting and GBP menu clients in the KURUMI SEO read-only project, operated by KURUMI for its restaurant operations in Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam.
Authorized use
The tools are available to the owner and authorized KURUMI operators for KURUMI’s own advertising, website reporting and restaurant Business Profiles. There is no public registration. Operators must have permission to access the connected Google accounts and resources and use the tools only for the purposes described on the app information pages.
Google’s terms and the terms of any service used in the workflow also apply. These tools do not grant access to an account or resource that Google has not authorized.
Permissions and account actions
Kurumi PaperClip uses the Google Ads permission for reporting and specific owner-approved operations. An operator must obtain the owner’s approval for the exact Ads change before using the guarded execution workflow. A report or recommendation is not approval to apply a change.
The KURUMI SEO read-only reporting client uses read-only Analytics and Search Console permissions. Its reports do not change Analytics settings, website content, ads or Google’s index. The separate KURUMI GBP menu client in the same project uses business.manage, which permits profile management. Its guarded menu workflow requires approval for the exact menu or menu-photo operation before publication; a report is not approval to change a profile.
Data handling
Operators must follow the relevant app privacy policy, keep credentials out of reports and AI prompts, and share report content only as disclosed for the app’s operational purposes. Selected report data may be processed through OpenAI Codex for analysis and recommendations.
Stopping use and requesting help
The account owner can stop using a tool and revoke its connection in Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized collection; saved reports and related work records require separate manual deletion as explained in the app privacy policy.
For support, questions about these terms or a deletion request, contact kurumi.danang@gmail.com. Identify the app and request without sending passwords, OAuth tokens or client secrets.
